I Have just ascended and was starting to collect all of the skills I hadnt bought so I could have them for PvP. But I noticed that I have like 16 left and only 2 skill points. Is it possible to level enough to buy All of these.. including enough Cap. Signets to get all elite skills. Lol, it would probably take a long time... just wondering if its possible

Easily.. how would it not be possible? You can level unlimited times past 20, and get as many skill points as you can get exp, and that never really ends.

yea it just takes time, but by end youll have most skills. im only missing i think like 10 skills overall for both secondary/and primary combined.

Unfortunately you won't be able to do it by the time you're level 20. You'll have to farm XP or faction to get everything.
